Hi,

When you do the in-app upgrade from Looptastic FREE to Looptastic Producer please be aware of this:

- AT FIRST GLANCE IT LOOKS LIKE FREE
The initial screen (the one that lists your Loop Sets and has the Loop Store, Edit and More buttons) will still say “FREE”

- TO REINSTALL PRODUCER, DOWNLOAD FREE and USE “RESTORE” IN THE LOOP STORE
Note that you will not be charged again for your upgrade this way. However, you MUST use the same process to obtain the reinstall/refresh copy as you used to get your original copy of Producer. Since it was purchased as an upgrade, you need to use the same process to reinstall/refresh your copy.
