Free is a good app,but useless for realtime performing. It skips and jumps,while although it’s creative abilities are nearly limitless,you run a huge risk of destroying your set and having to start over,which if you know like I know,that is not an option when you are live. So for fun it’s cool,but live it’s useless.

Thanks for your feedback. It should not be skipping and jumping. I think what may be weird is that there is no “play from beginning” eight the transports. The loops start laying from wherever the playback was stopped previously.

Definitely some good information on Looptastic Free. I enjoy messing around at home and do not get to frustrated if I mess something up. It has been part of the learning experience for me while creating beats.I love to experiment with beat making software. So I may need to experiment with Looptastic Free and give it a try. Heck it couldn’t hurt.

The only problem I’ve ever had with Free is that when I save a recording of a session, it acts… Strange… It plays the loops at whatever tempo it wants and it all becomes a mess, making recording totally pointless. /:
