As you can imagine, we are ALWAYS trying to figure out what genre of music is the most important to our users. This affects where we put our own resources (and 3rd parties) to create new Loop Sets.

Please let us know. THANKS!

Perhaps even poll which artists loop sets ie Richard Devine, Glitch Mob, Robert Rich, Tim Exile, Mike Patton etc.?

Thank you I like lots; industrial, dubstep, metal, everything!  Here’s my thought, More!  In polite terms, please.  More loops smile

It would be great if there was some web site where registered users could exchange their own sets. Sort of like how Native Instruments has their Reaktor library.

Sharing between users would be great, as well as being able to upload your “mix” to Soundcloud for instance, directly from the app.

Overlook my previous reply. Having now watched the Looptastic Producer video, this seems to me the route to go for ultimate on the go creativity (on an iPhone). Having the option to upload directly to Soundcloud is great. Now if I could just import my own loops, I’d be happy but I’m sure that’s in another thread.

Yup, you can import your own loops using our wifi+browser feature or if on a mac you can use set maker. Plus you can use the iTune shared document stuff for getting loops to and from studio.HD (now) and looptastic HD (next release).

Hi Kord,
Thanks for your poll.

I would like to see an even wider choice of genres :
e.g.
- Classical
- World Music
and
- Sound Effects

I might represent a very small minority here.
As I use studio.HD for language training purposes, mixing music mainly with speech recordings.
That’s why for me more vocal loops of any genre would be great. Or may we produce them ourselves and upload on loop store?

I second MarkM on “sharing loop sets community” and M. Peck on “soundcloud.upload” (download?)

yes I agree about the world music, and classical and sound effects, and ambient and meditative, holistic healing etc.

I’m interested to find out if there will be “master tuning”  Essentially all music is composed and produced, tuned to Concert A 4 440 as a ‘standard’  but of course lowering the Concert A to 432 is much healthier and natural pitch to hear and experience, based on Chakras and Phi Ratio’s therein.

Maybe instead of defined by genre loopsets of instruments like collections of synthloops, basslines, chordlines etc.  ?

I would really love to see more Ambient…but no vote option? Perhaps at least a nice set of drones, pads etc?

I voted Jazz, but I would’ve voted for more Ambient, World Music / beats.  Or something different like some Renaissance instruments,  Baroque harpsichords, or everyday sound effects . (^_^)
